Mortgages

Mortgage Broker:  New Mortgage, Remortgage, Buy to Let and Capital Raising

There are so many different types of mortgage products available (e.g. fixed rate mortgages, tracker rate mortgages, variable rate mortgages, offset mortgages), but ensuring you have the one most suitable to your circumstances can be confusing at best.

Mortgage Brokers: Mortgage, Remortgage, Buy to Let and Capital raisingOur mortgage brokers have the ability to research the whole of the market to find the most competitive and appropriate mortgage for your current needs and circumstances. A high street bank can only offer products from its own range, so choosing an Independent Adviser could potentially save you money on your monthly repayments as we have access to the whole of the market.

Our mortgage brokers have many years experience and come highly recommended by our existing clients, which is why most become lifelong clients.

So whether you are looking for a new mortgage, remortgage, buy to let or capital raising, why not arrange a consultation with one of our mortgage brokers who can give you straight-forward advice and help you find a mortgage that suits your circumstances.

Lifetime Mortgages

More and more people in the UK are starting to use the value built up in their home to help them enjoy a better retirement. A Lifetime Mortgage enables you to unlock money from your home while you still live there. The loan is repaid either when the property is sold on your death or when you move into care.

A Lifetime Mortgage plan can provide you with access to cash lump sums, a regular income or both. Modern lifetime mortgage plans are more flexible and those backed by members of the trade body Safe Home Income Plans (SHIP) offer a guarantee that you will never owe more to the product provider than the value of your property.

Lifetime Morgage is not necessarily suitable for everyone. As it is a lifelong commitment, we recommend that you involve your family in the decision making process as releasing money from the home will affect the amount that you will be able to leave them when you die. Taking out a lifetime mortgage loan may affect your tax position and entitlement to state benefits.

If you want to discuss this option further then one of our qualified advisers can give you straight-forward advice and discuss the suitability of this product. Please contact us on 01489 574355 or via the Contact page on our website, to arrange a free no obligation consultation at our office in Park Gate, Southampton, Hampshire.
